Questions
What actually happens during the hour?
You join me live on camup and we run your segment together. Your music plays in the order you picked, we talk about the records, and the live audience listens and reacts in chat.
What do I need to join?
A laptop or phone with a camera and mic, a stable internet connection, and your songs ready to go. After you book, you'll get a prep form for your songs and artwork, and I'll email your personal join link before the show.
How much music can I play?
Your hour is 60 minutes and that includes us talking, so plan on about 45 minutes of music. You'll upload your songs as MP3 or WAV files, plus one image you want showcased, such as your photo or an album cover, at least 3 days before the show.
Can I play unreleased music?
Yes. It's your hour, so you choose what plays, whether it's released or not.
When do the shows run, and when do I pick my date?
Listening Parties run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 PM Central. As soon as you check out, you'll land on a calendar to pick an open date.
What if I need to change my date?
Life happens. You can pick a new date yourself, any time up to 48 hours before your show, using the link in your confirmation email. You can also change your song order or swap your artwork by filling out your prep form again, up to 48 hours before the show. After that, the lineup is locked.
